What is TrustTLD?
TrustTLD is a domain-name marketplace where every listing is ownership-verified and every domain carries transparent trust data: registration age, archived website history, live DNS status, traffic ranking, and a TRUST Score computed from those signals. Buyers see the evidence behind a domain before making an offer, instead of just a name and a price.

Every listing must prove ownership before it can be submitted, one of two ways. If the seller signs in with an email address on the domain being listed, that proves control directly. Otherwise the seller adds a DNS TXT record with a unique value tied to their account, and TrustTLD checks it with a live DNS lookup. There is no way to submit a listing without passing one of these checks, ownership is re-checked whenever the seller edits the listing, and every submission then gets a human review before it appears on the marketplace.
What is the TRUST Score?
A score computed from verifiable signals: how long the domain has been registered (from registry RDAP records), its archived website history (from the Wayback Machine), whether it currently resolves and serves a site (live DNS and web probes), its traffic ranking (Cloudflare Radar), and whether ownership is verified. It is calculated the same way for every domain, and a signal that is unavailable is left blank rather than guessed.
How do I buy a domain listed on TrustTLD?
Submit an offer on the domain’s page — you can start one without an account. The seller reviews it and responds, and from there you negotiate directly. TrustTLD does not broker or escrow the transaction: once terms are agreed, payment and transfer close privately between buyer and seller. For higher-value deals, using a third-party escrow service is a sensible precaution.
How much does it cost to list a domain?
A for-sale listing runs on one of the paid visibility plans, chosen at listing time, with optional add-ons on top. A not-for-sale showcase listing is free, with optional paid placements. Either way, every listing passes ownership verification and a review before going live.

Yes. A showcase listing displays a domain with its full trust data but no asking price, and is closed to offers. Sellers use it to build a public, verified portfolio.
Where does the domain data come from?
From named public sources, fetched per domain: registry RDAP records for registration dates, live DNS probes for resolution status, the Wayback Machine for website history, Cloudflare Radar for traffic ranking, and Open PageRank for authority. Sellers can additionally request a backlink and SEO report for their own listing. Data that a source cannot provide is shown as unavailable, never estimated.
How does TrustTLD compare to other domain marketplaces?
The core difference is verification and transparency: listings cannot go live without proof of ownership, and the trust signals behind every domain are shown openly with their sources. TrustTLD also does not sit in the middle of the sale — no brokerage fee and no commission on the transaction.
