Acceptable Use Policy

Listings

Do not list a domain that:

• you do not control, or cannot lawfully transfer;
• infringes someone else's trademark, or was registered to trade on their name;
• exists to impersonate a real person, business, or public body;
• is being used for phishing, malware distribution, or fraud.

Descriptions and notes

Seller notes are read by buyers deciding whether to spend real money. Do not claim traffic, revenue, or history you cannot evidence. Do not paste links or contact details into a note to route buyers off-platform. Do not use slurs or harassing language.

This applies to text drafted with our AI assistant exactly as it applies to text you typed yourself — accepting a draft makes it yours.

Offers and messages

Do not use the offer form to advertise, to send bulk messages, or to contact a seller about anything other than the domain in front of you.

The platform itself

Do not scrape the marketplace, automate account creation, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or try to interfere with how it runs for anyone else.

Paid placement

Buying a plan, a placement, or an advertising slot buys visibility. It does not buy an exemption from this policy, and it does not stop a listing being reviewed or removed.

Reporting

If you see something here that breaches this policy, tell us at team@trustTLD.com with a link and a short description. We would rather hear about it early.

What happens

We may remove a listing, suspend an account, or refuse service for a breach of this policy. Where a breach looks like a legal matter between two parties, we will say so — TrustTLD is a venue, not an arbiter of who owns a name.
